The first ever winner of the Puddle Ducks Bristol and Bath Team Appreciation Award is our fabulous Caroline Lambert. Caroline won the award for “Most Nominations” with five nominations and she also won the most “Stand Out” nomination!  I’m sure you can see why from teacher Steph’s beautiful words…

“Caz always goes above and beyond in every aspect of her job that goes without saying. However, I think Caz is someone who always makes you feel heard and tries very hard to help make things easier or that little bit nicer for you. Caz always makes me smile and feel more positive after every chat!  A Puddle Ducks superhero!” Â

Caz really does know her stuff!
Caroline started working for PDBB 13 years ago initially as a Poolside Assistant before training to teach Baby and Pre-school AND Swim Academy classes. She then went on to join the office team as a Customer Care Assistant and today she heads the Customer Care Team and manages finance and operations across the business.
Caz received her prizes at last week’s Bristol & North Somerset team meeting. There were 19 nominations in total. Congratulations Caroline. You are an absolute superstar!
