This title is awarded by the Puddle Ducks Super Teacher Team headed up by Ali Beckman, Technical Director of Puddle Ducks UK. Ali said "It’s always lovely to see a teacher going above and beyond what is expected of them in their role – it shows commitment to the Puddle Ducks brand and a pride in ones work. This teacher has done just that, by demonstrating excellent teaching standards, excellent team work, support on the teacher’s forum and supporting Head Office during a recent photoshoot.
Wendy is also extremely photogenic :-) and is already appearing on leaflets and on social media."

"Wendy is an integral member of the Bristol & Bath team. She joined us back in June 2014 and from the outset it was clear that Wendy would become an excellent Puddle Ducks teacher. She has a presence and calmness about her which puts her customers at ease. She knows the teacher manual back to front and upside down which is apparent when she explains class activities to parents. If you watch a Wendy class, you’ll notice that she takes her time to talk to every parent and child either adapting a hold or activity, or to encourage and congratulate progress. She is extremely active on both the Puddle Ducks Teacher forum and also the Bristol & Bath team forum. Her comments are useful, accurate and she is always aware of latest news. Wendy is keen and eager to help our business as much as she can. She is amazing at stepping up to cover classes, even at very short notice. She has recently trained to become a submersion teacher for underwater photoshoots, and she ran some super lessons recently for a Head Office photoshoot. Wendy is keen to become a Senior Teacher in the new year and train for Dabblers and Swim Academy in time. We are extremely lucky to have her".
