Special Offers

Recommend a Friend - we'll give you both a £10 discount!

Tell your friends how much you love your Puddle Ducks lessons and receive a £10 credit for every friend who books with us! Even better - they get a £10 credit too, sharing is caring!

You can recommend as many friends as you like and receive a £10 credit for each one.

How does it work: When the new customer pays for their class (using your unique ‘Recommend-a-friend’ code, or quotes your name), £10 credit is directly added to your account towards future payments for classes. Your unique recommend a friend code can be found on 'My Profile' on your My Puddle Ducks Account.

T&C: The credit cannot be added retrospectively. Can be used with Sibling Discount, but no other offers. Cannot be used with an Introductory Offer or Promotional Offer. No cash value. Expires after 6 months.

Courtesy Classes

Don't forget to let us know when you are on holiday, or if your child is unwell and unable to attend their class. This can be done via your My Puddle Ducks Account.

Please make sure you update your account as soon as possible, (ideally the day before your scheduled class). All holidays can be booked off in advance and your courtesy class (make up lessons) can then be booked on a weekly basis via your My Puddle Ducks Account (class availability is released 7 days in advance).

Sibling Discount - 10% Off!

We offer a Sibling Discount of 10% for second child and subsequent children when two or more are booked into a Puddle Ducks class. Please email us for more information about this offer.

This is an ongoing discount added to the second and subsequent children only. It is valid for as long as you have two or more children swimming with us.

*This offer can be used alongside another offer (eg a gym membership) however, only one discount can be applied per child booking.

NHS Staff Discount - 10% Off!

Our 10% NHS Staff Discount is available for all our classes. Customers must provide proof of NHS job position prior to discount honored. Please email us for more information about this offer.

*From 1st March 2023 this is offered as an ongoing discount available for all valid NHS staff. Puddle Ducks reserves the right to stop the NHS Discount at any time.

*Only one offer/discount can be used per child booking. However, a Sibling Discount can be used alongside this discount - as long as only one offer/discount is applied to one child.

Group Discount - 3 or more

Our 10% Group Discount is available to groups of 3 or more who all book their first 10 lessons together - perfect for friends who've met at a baby and toddler group.

Children may be in different classes but all the classes must be with the same Franchise (Puddle Ducks Bristol & Bath). Please email us for more information about this offer.

*Discount is only available on your 1st initial booking of 10 classes.
