One of the biggest misconceptions about Puddle Ducks is that you need to be a swimming teacher to run a franchise. You don’t. Many of our most successful franchise owners came from completely different careers, including senior management, sales and marketing, teaching, healthcare, HR, finance, operations, recruitment and customer service. What they have in common is not a swimming background.
