Sarah Austin, franchisee of Puddle Ducks Bristol and Bath, has been shortlisted as a finalist at this year’s BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards in the Star Performer category.
The prestigious awards recognise outstanding achievement across the UK franchise sector, celebrating franchisees who demonstrate exceptional commitment, performance and contribution to their networks.
The announcement follows further recognition for Sarah at this year’s Puddle Ducks Conference, where she received the ‘Supports the Network’ award. The award celebrates the important role she plays in sharing her experience, offering guidance and championing others across the wider Puddle Ducks business.
