We are proud to announce that we have regained the WorkBuzz 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction Award, following this year’s independent franchisee satisfaction survey.
Having previously achieved the status a record-breaking 12 years in a row, this year’s result marks an important milestone for Puddle Ducks, after narrowly missing out on 5 Star status last year.
At the time, we chose to lean into the feedback and understand what sat behind the results, organising a series of feedback sessions with our franchisees, creating a space for open and honest conversations about their experiences.
This approach demonstrated our genuine commitment to listening, learning and taking meaningful action across our franchise network, which has now resulted in Puddle Ducks once again achieving 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction status.
